The purpose and objective of this organization shall be to enlighten our community. In so doing, we intend to provide positive role models, encourage respect and self esteem, recognize community accomplishments, serve as a catalyst through which men, women, groups, churches, and public and private organizations can establish and maintain an effective and continual communication with members of our community and encourage them in their positive growth, development and responsibility.

We will teach our youth that men and women build institutions and do not engage in self-destructive behavior. We will show our youth how to direct their energies to positive activities of benefit to all, and remind them that respect for self and others is expected.

In caring for our youth, we will remember that the future of children depends on our success.
